Roxanne (Roxy) Ross

Roxanne (Roxy) Ross is a Montana native, and has lived in Whitefish for 5 years. She moved to the Flathead area from Helena to work as a contracted social worker under the SOARS (Support, Outreach, and Access for the Resiliency of Students) grant. She supported elementary students in Kalispell for 2 years teaching them mindfulness and coping skills while providing support to their families. Three years ago she joined the BNSF (Burlington Northern Santa Fe) Montana Division executive team located in the Whitefish Depot. She gets to enjoy the views of Depot Park as well as our Big Mountain from her office every day! Prior to coming to our valley she worked in Helena for 7 years as a trainer and Program Manager for the State of Montana, Department of Justice, at the Montana Law Enforcement Academy. She also worked as a Crime Analyst for the State of Montana for 2 years. Roxanne has served as a board member for the Montana Board of Crime Control, Montana’s Fatality Review Board, and sat on an arbitration panel for the Montana Bar Association. She holds he Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Business Technology. She was also the owner and expert trainer for Noble Anchor Training and Consulting. She has a passion for life in the outdoors and a deep love for Whitefish and the beautiful State of Montana.
